Template Monster is a great stop for any designer or programmer who are on a tight deadline to get a site done. Its services are also great for those who know very little about building websites. They even offer custom services. The template designs at Template Monster are great, if not ingenious. Their use of gradients, shapes, colors, borders, images, clipart, fonts, etc., are all designed through professional experience and have usability and visual aesthetics in mind. One thing I did not like about Template Monster is its licenses aren't clear and up-front. I'm still not quite sure what the rules are on using a template after you buy it. Other than that, Template Monster is your one-stop shop for all of your design needs.
