Perfectory is a large, comprehensive collection of website templates whose inventory is almost identical to our #1 choice Template Monster.

There are a few differences between Template Monster and this website's services, especially in regards to customer support. Unlike Template Monster, Perfectory doesn't offer the convenience of online chat. Our emails were answered quickly, but the responses were curt and didn't answer our questions. Instead we were given links to a FAQ page with little explanation as to why we were being redirected there and were expected to find the answers ourselves. When we wrote back to customer support asking another question we received one short, vague reply.

We were also a bit suspicious that the company only supports PayPal as a payment option.
